IGT Signs Deal With Holland Casino

IGT signed a LOI (Letter of Intent) with a Holland casino recently. This deal is regarded as a watershed land casino deal in Europe. IGT leads the market when it comes to land casino gaming machines and systems.

During the global expo in Las Vegas the LOI was signed by the CEOs of IGT and the Holland Casino. The deal entails the development and execution of Holland Casino’s new MOSAIC project.

“The MOSAIC project involves the modernization of systems and integration of Holland Casino’s casino management tools across all of its properties in the Netherlands using IGT’s Systems solutions,” IGT’s latest press release read. IGT will equip Holland Casino with a high-tech membership and loyalty system enabling punters to enjoy fast, reliable rewards and coinless gambling.

IGT will speed-up operational processes and focus on providing excellent customer service. The company acknowledged that responsible gaming policies will be implemented and that it forms part of the entire business solution. The Holland Casino is regarded as a world leader in responsible gaming. It scooped up the international award for ‘Socially Responsible Casino Operator of the Year’ in 2008, 2009 and 2011.

Holland Casino owns 14 properties servicing more than 5.5 million punters per year. Top executives of Holland Casino said that they are happy to have signed a deal with IGT.
